("Cotter") from the <br />Water Quality Control Division to operate a maximum 200-gpm water treatment system in the <br />existing water treatment building, please find enclosed the required discharge monitoring data <br />for the month of December 2010. Included are the Whole Effluent Toxicity Testing results for <br />the quarter. As the system is being operated under the above referenced Order, no Discharge <br />Monitoring Report forms have been issued to Cotter.
