Mining continues in Cell 1.
We are in process of dewatering and checking monitoring wells in preparation for testing of
slurry wall. Hope to have sufficient draw down inside slurry wall to begin testing spring of
2011.
Currently using long term lease with City of Loveland to fulfill SWSP obligations. The
Bokelman/Walters SWSP was renewed on September 1, 2010 and is approved through August
31, 2012
Final augmentation plan has been applied for in Case Number 2009CW105.
