Dear Mrs. Tabor:
To follow up on our telephone conversation on this day, I have enclosed the Notice of Intent to
Construct a Non-Jurisdictional Water Impoundment Structure form, which may also be downloaded from
the Division of Water Resources (DWR) website, that will need to be submitted to the DWR, Division 6
office in Steamboat Springs. I have conversed with a District 43 Water Commissioner and DWR staff,
and determined that this operation would require submission of the aforementioned Notice of Intent.
Please provide proof to this office when the Notice of Intent has been submitted to the DWR.
