As a result of the bond <br />calculation conducted in conjunction with that amendment approval, the required financial <br />warranty was increased to $92,689.((0.00, an additional $21,936.00 relative to the currently held <br />$70,753.00. <br />Please submit a rider or a new fmatrcial warranty by May 25, 2011.
