(AI), I <br />would like to confirm that the City of Westminster will provide 150 acre feet of <br />water to Al in the 2011 calendar year, as per the Consumable Water Lease <br />Agreement between the City of Westminster and Al dated March. 4, 2009. The <br />water will be delivered. on the following schedule: <br />Month Amount in acre feet <br />January 2 <br />February 43 <br />March 1-20 - 38 <br />November 10-30 57 <br />December 10 <br />Total 150 <br />Delivery locations will be as outlined in paragraph 2.3 of said agreement, and <br />delivery will be at a constant flow rate during each month of delivery, as nearly <br />as practicable.
