Divlalon Of Rsalern.0on, <br />L Mining & Qty <br />Re: Lost Cause Pond, Permit/File No. M-2010-084, Receipt of 110 Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit Application <br />Dustin Czapla <br />Environmental Protection Specialist <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />101 South 3`d, Suite 301 <br />Grand Junction CO 81501 <br />Dear Mr. Czapla: <br />In regard to your letter dated February 16, 2011, please find the copy of the receipt and the <br />notice placed in the Herald Times as required and discussed on the phone. <br />Additionally, I am responding to the Comments on Lost Cause, LLC presented by Nathan Green <br />from the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and will be providing you a copy of the response. <br />As previously stated, all owner(s) of record of lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of <br />the affected land is owned by Tim Mantle, therefore, let it be known he has record of the filing of the 110 <br />application including all exhibits and correspondence in relation to the application filed. <br />Also, a new and completed application with ALL changes was sent to the Rio Blanco County <br />Clerk and Recorder for review by any/all parties interested and a statement of receipt was to be mailed to <br />your office. Please find a copy of the receipt(s) attached. <br />Lastly, we will apply for a storm water permit with the Colorado Department of Health, Water <br />Quality Control Division upon approval through Mr. Frick, who is a storm water operator. <br />rc?w- <br />Fk Roberta Tabor
