j ?C M - 20 to -a8?( Dustin Czapla Environmental Protection Specialist Department of Natural Resources Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety 101 South 3rd, Suite 301 Grand Junction, CO 81501 March 16, 2011 RECEIVED MAR 16 2011 GRAND JUNCTION FIELD OFFICE DIVISION MG & SAFETY ST- Re: Lost Cause Pond, Permit/File No. M-2010-084,110c application Dear Mr. Czapla: In response to our phone conversation, Tuesday, March 15, 2011, in relation to the Lost Cause LLC 110c application in regard to requesting an extension for the application / review for approval, please let it be known. that Lost Cause LLC is requesting an extension of 2 - 3 weeks for final approval from the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety upon recommendation of Dustin Czapla due to the time constraint placed upon Lost Cause LLC to re-address the concerns/statement/questions placed to DRMS from the Division of Water Resources in which receipt of these would not be available to the applicant, Lost Cause LLC, until March 16, 2011 or thereafter due to mail courier service in which proper response would not be expected to be able to meet/exceed the original deadline of March 18, 2011. With that being said, Lost Cause LLC will not expect any additional charge to be incurred with the Lost Cause Pond, Permit/File No. M-2010-084, 110 application in regard to the extension request since it was recommended by Dustin Czapla, in addition to the fact that there was not any statement made to Ms. Tabor in regard to this or that any additional fees would apply or be applicable. In summarization, no additional fees are to be charged for the extension request of the application.
