The bond release appli- <br />cation was submitted by Oakridge <br />Energy, Inc. on July 30, 2008. The <br />application requested Phases 1 <br />and 11 bond release for equipment <br />removal, backfilling, regrading, <br />drainage re-establishment, topsoil <br />replacement, and revegetation <br />of distuprbed Ima 15-31 <br />atnd in the acres <br />and reclamation mining <br />The application 61 permit area. <br />Phase III (final) bond release for <br />the Phases I and II release area <br />and an additional approximate <br />30 acres that had previously <br />received Phase I bond release. <br />The Division proposes to approve <br />the Phases I and It bond release <br />request, and proposes to deny the <br />Phase III request. <br />Copies of the proposed decision <br />are available for review at the <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety office, 1313 <br />Sherman Street, Room 215, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203, and at <br />the office of the La Plata County <br />.Clerk and Recorder. <br />Any person who has an interest <br />which is or may be adversely <br />affected may request an adju- <br />dicatory hearing regarding this <br />proposed decision.
