The bond release appli- cation was submitted by Oakridge Energy, Inc. on July 30, 2008. The application requested Phases 1 and 11 bond release for equipment removal, backfilling, regrading, drainage re-establishment, topsoil replacement, and revegetation of distuprbed Ima 15-31 atnd in the acres and reclamation mining The application 61 permit area. Phase III (final) bond release for the Phases I and II release area and an additional approximate 30 acres that had previously received Phase I bond release. The Division proposes to approve the Phases I and It bond release request, and proposes to deny the Phase III request.
