The bond release <br />application was found complete by this Division on March 25, 2011. Coors Energy Company seeks <br />release of 42.49 acres of reclaimed area. This area encompasses Areas 2, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 15, 16, and 19 <br />within the mine site. The bond amount requested for release is $63,799.00. The surface ownership is <br />Private, and the coal mined was State and private. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as soon <br />as it has been scheduled.
