Colowyo Coal Company <br />2010 Annual Reclamation and Hydrology Report <br />• SECTION 6 - 2010 ANNUAL REPORT CROSS SECTIONS <br />RULE REQUIREMENT <br />RULE 2.04.13(1)(a-f) <br />2.04.13(1) by April 1, or other such date as agreed on, each permittee shall file an <br />annual reclamation report covering the previous calendar year for all areas under <br />bond. The report shall include, but not limited to, text, discussion and maps which <br />address: <br />• the name and address of the permittee and permit number <br />• location and number of acres disturbed during that year <br />• location and number of acres backfilled and graded during that year <br />• location and number of topsoiled during that year <br />• the species, location and number of acres of vegetation planted during that <br />year, including any augmented seeding or cultural practices <br />• location, number of acres and date of planting for all previously revegetated <br />areas <br />i Rule 2.04.13(2) the Permittee may provide additional monitoring information as <br />required by the approved permit <br />GENERAL DISCUSSION <br />Cross sections 1-5 illustrate the elevation difference of the post - mining, original and <br />existing topography. In addition we have the predicted post - mining topography and <br />Bottoms of "F" and "G" Seams. Along the cross - section we have noted the following <br />delineations for each cross section: <br />• Disturbance Limit <br />• Mining Limit <br />• Phase II Bond Release <br />• 2001 Regraded <br />• 2002 Regraded <br />• 2003 Regraded <br />• 2005 Regraded <br />• 2007 Regraded <br />• 2010 Regraded <br />• <br />Page 6-1
