In May 2007, HGTI placed a 12-foot by 60-foot mobile trailer (approved under MR-15) adjacent
to the office/change building trailer to house additional offices. This trailer is~
insulated, electrically heated, lighted and ventilated. It will not have a water or sewage
system.
A passenger car parking area is provided at the office building complex. A new, gravel-
surfaced parking area will be constructed at the truck loading building. However, the
parking area at the loadout building will be within the existing disturbance boundary and
will not increase the disturbed area.
Wastewater and Stormwater Facilities
There is an existing septic system that is used to collect all wastewater from the
office/change house trailer. The location of the septic system is shown on Exhibit 12-2,
Surface Water Control Plan Map (see both Revision 5, TR-04 Incidental Permit Boundary
Change, dated 8/99, or Revision 11, MR-15, dated 03/07). Storm water runoff from the
facilities area is accumulated in the two sedimentation ponds. The sediment ponds are
permitted with Colorado Water Quality Control Division under Colorado Discharge Permit
System Permit No. COG-850008 (see Tab 13).
Power Transmission
Power transmission facilities entering the permit area is owned by Yampa Valley Electric
Association (YVEA). The electrical substation adjacent to the office complex is also owned
by YVEA. The transmission line easement agreement and substation warranty deed are
presented in Tab 3. Power transmission facilities are shown on Exhibit 12-1, Facilities Map
(see both Revision 9, TR-04 Incidental Permit Boundary Change, dated 8/99, or Revision 14,
MR-15, dated 03/07).
•

MR-16 20 Revised 11/07
