Box 98 <br />Loma, CO 81524 <br />Re: McClane Canyon Mine (Permit No. C- 1980 -004) <br />Temporary Cessation of Operations <br />Dear Mr. Isaac: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety received McClane Canyon Mining LLC's (MCM's) <br />notification that McClane Canyon Mine is in temporary cessation and will likely remain in that status <br />for a year or more. MCM has submitted the appropriate information required by Rule 4.30.1(2). As <br />required by Rule 4.30.1(3) MCM must also modify the mine identification sign to include the Division <br />office contact information where the mining and reclamation permit is filed. Please ensure that the <br />mine identification sign is modified in a timely manner. <br />In accordance with Rule 5.02.2 the Division will conduct at least one complete inspection of the <br />McClane Canyon Mine per calendar quarter.
