PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> Honeywood Coal Company P.O. Box 587, Nucla, CO, 81424 has submitted <br /> an application for a Technical Revision to the Division of Minerals <br /> and Geology for its Hamilton Mine, mining permit No. C-91-078. The <br /> proposed revision will revise and clarify the hydrologic monitoring <br /> plan. <br /> The Hamilton Mine permit area is located in portions of the <br /> following described lands. <br /> Township 46 North, Range 15 West, N.M.P.M. <br /> Section 28: SE/4, NE/4SW/4 <br /> Section 32 : E/2E/2 <br /> Section 33: All <br /> Township 45 North, Range 15 West, N.M.P.M. <br /> Section 4 : Portions of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 11 & 12 <br /> Section 5: N/2NE/4NE/4 <br /> Containing 1197 acres more or less. <br /> The U.S.G.S. 7.5 minute quadrangle map of Naturita, CO contains the <br /> proposed permit area. The surface of the permit area is owned by <br /> Roy and Betsy Davis and William E. Bray. <br /> A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the <br /> Montrose County Courthouse Annex, 300 Main, Nucla, CO and the . . <br /> offices of the Division of Minerals and Geology, "Division" , 1313 <br /> Sherman St. , Room 215, Denver, CO, 80203, (303)-866-3567. Written <br /> comments regarding the proposed revision may be submitted and <br /> additional information obtained from the Division at the above <br /> address. <br />
