proposed schedule or the plan for mining as proposed on the map and in Exhibit 60E that were both
revised and submitted as part of this TR application in compliance with these rules. Mining that is
already done is done, so it no longer needs to be "planned" or "scheduled."
Nonetheless, MCC understands that the Division is requesting information about the areas already
mined and agrees to submit an E -seam mining progress map for your information with each semi-
annual subsidence report. We will also provide another copy at the time of submitting the Annual
Reclamation Report when that proposed Rule change is approved. In the future, should MCC
propose to change the plan and /or schedule proposed for mining as approved in this TR application,
another revision application will be submitted for your consideration and approval.
Please contact me at (970) 929 -2238 or by e-mail should you have questions regarding this submittal.
Sincerely,
Kathleen G. Welt,
Environmental Engineer III
cc: Doug Nolte — MCC
Dan Hernandez - CDRMS
