TR-14 indicated that the pipeline would be a <br />combination of 24-inch carbon steel and 30-inch HDPE. The pipeline diameter is being increased to <br />36 inches to reduce friction loss. <br />The pipeline alignment also has changed from that indicated in TR-14, in part to avoid a main Xcel <br />natural gas transmission line. As shown on the attached drawings, the pipeline will diverge from its <br />former TR-14 alignment beginning near the crest of 1-Dam and will be routed along the side of an <br />access road across the southern boundary of Robinson TSF, through the Climax Highway 91 <br />underpass, around E Dump, and through the camp area to a new mill water tank. The location of the <br />new water tank also will be further north from that shown in TR-14. <br />
