31. Plaintiffs have been injured, in the form of lost income, property damage, <br />diminution in property value, and other incidental damages as a result of these violations by <br />WFC. <br />32. WFC in indebted to Plaintiffs for all such damages, together with interest, costs, <br />expert fees, and attorney fees to the extent provided by C.R.S. § 34-33-135(6) and other <br />applicable law. <br />33. Some or all of the acts or omissions describe above have or will cause irreparable <br />injury to the Premises and Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs are entitled to mandatory injunctive relief to <br />compel compliance with the Act and its regulations, and specifically to remediate or bring the <br />Premises into compliance with the Act, to the extent possible. <br />34.
