March 15, 2011 C-2009-087/Peabody Sage Creek Mine JDM <br />The mine roads in and around the facilities area were wet and muddy at the time of the inspection. Access was <br />limited past the Road B Gate at Pond 002 due to wet and snow-covered conditions. Roadside ditches were snow- <br />covered. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />On site facilities remain idle with no activities evident. <br />problems noted. <br />All areas in and around the facilities were stable with no <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS - Rule 4.02: <br />Mine ID signs are in place at the required locations along CR27, 27a, and 51.
