The Work Plan must also include, a contour map outlining the drainage basin <br />contributing runoff to the road so that DBMS can fully evaluate the ditch and culvert performance <br />calculations included in the permit application. <br />Unrelated to the required Work Plan, DMRS notes the following. Exhibit C. at section 1(e) states that <br />corisavation of the mad commenced in 2009. This is incorrect; the primary construction work occurred <br />in 2008. in a May 17, 2010 memo, DRMS required that storm water controls for the road be <br />rcpaired/replaced prior to geotechnical roconnaissanee work; DAMS reiterated this requirement in <br />email$ to VAldcat representatives on May 18 and 19, 2010, and i=t one of those emails provided a list of <br />storm water control repair tasks to be complete prior to the deployment of the geoteclmical <br />reoo=4ss&= team. On Juste 3, 2010, DBMS inspectors observed that the required work bad not been <br />done.
