Siloam Stone, Inc. Page 2
Bedrock Mine #1
M-1997-086
March 14, 2011
(2) No reclamation was required but as in the past we continue to
cleanup the pre-law disturbed area by filling, graded, and
shaped the areas around the perimeter of the area. We have
approximately 48,400 cy of topsoil saved for reclamation,
located in around the mined area (brown). At this time there
are 4.33 acres ± (green) that have been shaped, resoiled and
seeded. The third growing season starts this year and the
grasses are growing as expected. We removed stone from approx-
imately 2.00 acres of the TSS area last year and the grass on
those areas are recovering. This is an example of the ever
changing size of the TSS area accounted for in the bond calcu-
lation.
(3) We will continue to remove stone from the slab stone mining
area and stockpiled stone in the stone yard. If needed, we
expect to expand the slab stone mining in to areas adjacent to
- where we mined this year. The stone yard area is industrial
area and would need no reclamation if mining ended prematurely.
We continue to add and remove stone from the TSSA's as market
demands dictate.
(4) Reclamation is being completed as required in the permit, we
are within the bonded limits set in 2009. We will reclaim any
areas that are in their final configuration as mining pro-
gresses this year. Seeding will be completed as new areas are
resoiled.
(5) The current contact for this operation is:
Mr. Matt Mueller
Siloam Stone, Inc.
315 N 7th St.
Canon City, CO 81212
Phone # (719) 275-4275
The effective date of all information contained herein is March
11, 2011. A check for $791.00 is attached to cover the annual fee
for 2011 and the 2010-2011 Annual Report Map reflects the areas
discussed in this report.
