The <br />exact size of subsequent phases will be determined based on sandstone deposit. <br />Exhibit E, Reclamation Plan 6.4.5: Narrative includes a description of highwall/bench construction and anticipates <br />less than one acre of disturbed vegetation during mining of the initial phase. <br />Exhibit G, Water Information 6.4.7: Narrative includes usage of sandstone slabs as perimeter berms along the <br />ravine. This option has also been included in CDPHE, Water Quality Control Division's Stormwater Management <br />Plan. <br />Exhibit L, Reclamation Costs 6.4.12: This exhibit remains unchanged since less than one acre of vegetation will be <br />disturbed during the initial phase and the bond proposal reflects up to one acre vegetation disturbance.
