Stone Sand & Gravel, LLC is now the <br />permitted operator of the Line Camp Pit, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in M-2001-001, as well as those <br />specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed are the following bond and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. <br />Bond Type <br />First Southwest Bank CD <br />Bond Number Bond Amount <br /> $92,000.00 <br />These have been released as of March 7, 2011 Division approval for the succession of operators.
