• Raptors <br />There is suitable habitat for raptor nesting in the older sprux-fir and cottonwood trees <br />along the two forks of'ferror Creek However, during multiple surveys last year and this <br />year no new or old nests were observed in those tn~s, In addition, no raptors such ae <br />accipitcrs, which might utilise this habitat, were obscn•ed in the immediate area. <br />Pond ~ Access Road <br />Site F{abitat Sun•ev <br />'fhis road runs in an easterly direction approximateh frtUt) feet. from the main'ferror <br />Creek Road to the Ridge Road, which accesses the Rmvie Mine to the south It crosses <br />East ~ferzvr Creek and actually turns into a trail a shun distance up the hill. It is located <br />near the lwttom of the drv drainage and becomes steep (15-25°'0l as it enters and traverses <br />the aspen.
