• assumed the bird may be: nesting in the area, but it would be well away from the proposed <br />road, since no active nest was found in the corridor. <br />Drill Site IPG-9 <br />Site and Access Koad Hahitat Survey <br />IPG-9 is located on a very narrow ridge-top north of Dove Gulch at an elevation of <br />approximately K I RO feet. l'he drill site is in the oakbrush community, which also exists <br />on the west and south portions of the location. The area immediately to the east of the <br />drill site drops ofl'an escarpment and is in the Ik~uglas fir community for several hundred <br />feet before turning into a narrow, mature clone of aspen on the fringe of the survey <br />radius. In addition to snowtxrr}•; scrvicclxrry, oakbrush, chokcchcm, antelope <br />bittcrbnash (I'urshia tridentate) and mountain mahogany (Ccrcocarpus spp.1 inhabit this <br />site.
