Specify duration and timing it known. <br />How long lathe authorization needed? <br />Bowls Resources Limited requests permission to upgrade and maintain an existing coal exploration road, <br />originally constructed In the 1870's and was extended in the Summer of 1889 for Federally licensed exploration <br />plan COC 81883. The upgraded road would be used as an access road during construction of a ventilation shale <br />located on Bowls Resources Limited private property; to bring construction equipment, materials and craw to the <br />ventilation shaft construction area; and to perlodlcally access the ventilation shale area for inspections by Bowie <br />Resources Limited personnel, and State and Federal agency inspectors. tt is necessary to use public lands in <br />order to have adequate access to the ventilation shaft.
