The right to the use of 0.~ cfs decreed [o the Deer Trail Ditch for power and mining
purposes with date of appropriation of February 15, 1907 as evidenced by decree entered in an
adjudication of the waters of F-fubbard Creek on March 20, 1954, which has been assigned
administrative number 31924.20364 by the Division Engineer of Water Division No. 4.
2. Deer Trail Class i[:
The water rights evidenced by 960 shares of Class 11 stock in the Deer Trail Ditch
Company being a proportionate share of the followim~:
• .55 cfs decreed to t(tc deer Traif Ditch for irrigation purposes with date of
appropriation of June 6, 1893, as evidenced by decree entered in the adjudication
of the waters of Hubbard Creek on r'`pril 12, 1901, which has been assigned
administrative number 153G3A0000 by the Division Engineer, Water Division
No. 4, in his water right tabulation dated July I, 1994;
One-half; or .9 cfs, of the water right decreed to Ilse Dcer Trai! Ditch for irrigation
purposes with date ofappropriation ofJuiy I, 1393, as evidenced by decree
entered in an adjudication of the waters of Hubbard Creek on June 23, 1914,
which has been assigned administrative number 21263.15883 by the Division
Engineer, Water Division No. 4, in his water right tabulation entered July 1, 1994.

The wafer rights evidenced by ;750 shares of Class I stock in the Deer Trail Ditch
Company being a proportionate share of the following:
• 1.25 cfs decreed to the Deer Trail Ditch for irrigation purposes with date of
appropriation of November 1. 1390, as evidenced by decree entered in the
adjudication of the waters of I-fubbard Creek on April 12, 1901, which has been
assigned adninistrative number 1491 x.00000 by the Division Engineer of Water
Division No. 4 in his water right tabulations dated July 1, 1994.
