heretofore, on the 17th day of January, 1918
conveyed to Leonardi Agresti;
thence South 100 feet, more or less, to the North
bank of the Fire Mountain Canal;
thence East or Northeasterly as the case may be,
along the North bank of the Fire Mountain Canal,
50 feet, more or less, to the West line of the
land heretofore conveyed to Leonardo Agresti on
January 17, 1918, and being a line midway between
the houses of said Leonardo Agresti and the
grantor herein, running North and South;
thence North along said line 100 feet, more or
less, to the intersection of the first line above
described as the North line of this land.

South, Range 91 West of the 6th P.M. lying North
of the Fire Mountain Canal right of way between
the East line of said Section 1S and a point 490
feet West of said Section line, EXCEPTING 5
separate tracts of land heretofore deeded to James
Baxter (Book 446 at Page 71), Tito Odino (Book 446
at Page 71), Leonardo Agresti (Hook 237 at
Page 348), Emil Dodez (Hook 169 at Page 170) and
the Juanita Coal and Coke Company (Book 174 at
Page 521).

records, more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land situate in Section 14 and
Section 1S, Township 13 South, Range 91 West of
the 6th P.M., starting from the quarter-corner on
the East line of Section 1S;
thence along the Section line North 00.33' West,
276 feet to a point, the intersection of said
Section line between Sections 14 and 15, and the
center line of the Denver & Rio Grande Western
Railway;
thence North 11°3S' West a distance of 34.7 feet
to a fence corner, said corner being on the North
boundary line of the Denver & Rio Grande Western
right of way and being the Southwest corner of the
Milton Freeman holdings;
thence North 3°S7' West along said fence (the West
boundary of the Milton Freeman holdings) a
distance of 742.8 feet to a fence corner. This
corner is the intersection of the West boundary
