SECTION 14: SWi,QJWl,(, EXCEPT the following described <br />parcels: <br />That part conveyed to The Rio Grande Railroad <br />Company in Book 53 at Page 197, more particularly <br />described as follows: A strip of land following <br />the center Line of North Fork Branch of the Rio <br />Grande Railroad as the same is now located over <br />and across the SW'.Q~W'.f, Section 14, Township 13 <br />South, Range 91 West of the 6th P.M. and described <br />as follows: Beginning at a point on the West <br />boundary of said SW1,QTWif of Section 14; thence with <br />a strip of land 135 feet wide being 35 feet on the <br />Northerly side and 100 feet wide on the Southerly <br />side of the center line for a distance of 879.4 <br />feet; <br />thence with a strip of land 70 feet wide being 35 <br />feet wide on each side of said center line for a <br />distance of 600 feet; <br />thence with a strip of land 85 feet wide being 35 <br />feet on the North-westerly side and 50 feet on the <br />Southeasterly side of each side of said center <br />line for a distance of 135 feet; said center line <br />is more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the West boundary of said <br />SW1,(NW1,{ of Section 14, whence the westerly corner <br />of Section 14 bears South 0°57' West, 253.4 feet; <br />thence on a 4°30' curve to the right 144.4 feeC; <br />thence North 88°27' East, 503 feet; <br />thence on a 10° curve co the left 686 feet; <br />thence North 31°15' East, 127 feet; <br />thence on an 8°30' curve to the right 154 feet to <br />the East boundary of said SW1,~IW1,( of Section 14. <br />AND <br />That part conveyed to William H.
