The. decree provides a plan for augmentation for the LAWMA structures specified in <br />Exhibit Q, of which the Midwestern Farms Resources (M-93-59) gravel pit operation is included. <br />As the LAWMA decree provides a permanent augmentation plan, the submittal and <br />approval of a temporary substitute supply plan through the Office of the State Engineer is no <br />longer required. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions. <br />Sincerely yours, <br />HELTON & WILLIAMSEN, P.C. <br />co f&) Frank C.
