Date water first applied to above use: Mining, <br />milling and industrial - 1904, other uses are future uses. <br />WHEREFORE, Applicant prays that the Court enter a decree <br />finding that: <br />a) Source of water is non-tributary ground water, <br />or water not hydraulically connected to a natural stream; <br />b) amount of water is .22 cfs; <br />C) Applicant is entitled to a date of December <br />31, 1904 as the date the developed water was first <br />used by Applicant or its predecessor in interest; and <br />d) Applicant is entitled to use the water for <br />mining, milling, industrial, commercial, piscatorial, <br />recreational, fire protection, municipal, domestic <br />purposes, replacement, exchange and augmentation purposes <br />until such water is totally consumed. <br />By <br />Vi : .
