The State of Colorado, Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety requires an operator of a <br />mining operation to provide an agreement: between the Mine Operator (Permittee) and the Owner <br />of any significant, valuable, permanent man-made structure which lies within 200 feet of any <br />area affected by the mine operation.
