Charles R. Ponchak
Consulting Geologist
15292 6050 Rd
klonftm e, CO. 81403
Hm 970-249-2081 Wk 970-249-4434
February 16, 2011
Division of Water Resources
Office of the State Engineer
1313 Sherman Street, Suite 818
Denver, CO. 80203
Attn: Caleb Foy
Dear Mr. Foy,
Enclosed you will find the drawings and the GWS 32
form required to complete our well permit (63417 F)
for pit 1. We do not anticipate the need for additional
water for an asphalt batch plant or a concrete batch
plant for some years. Once we are in compliance with
our current well and we see the need for additional
water we will refile our current well permit to obtain
those additional water needs.
It should be noted that there are no wells within 600
feet of the new permit boundary.
Sincerely,
Charles R. Ponchak for
Jack Clark, Jr.
