March 2, 2011 <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety <br />Attn: Wally Erickson <br />RE: WILCAT MINING CORPORATION 112-D PERMIT APPLICATION for the May Day/Idaho Mine/Mill <br />Complex <br />Mr. Erickson, <br />I have had an opportunity to review portions of two reports you have written last June for the Idaho and <br />Mayday Mines. I also viewed the pictures. <br />I am writing to express my concern about what appears to be continued illegal activities on these two <br />properties. <br />I would like to also relay some of the business practices of Wildcat Mining Corporation. I was hired on <br />or around Dec 2006 to help them obtain a permit with the county that required a Landscape Mitigation <br />Plan.
