For NPDES <br />008, the parameter lists used will now only be that required in the NPDES permit provided in <br />attached Attachment 2.04.7-A 1. <br />GROUND WATER POINTS OF COMPLIANCE <br />Attachment 7-3 (Tab 7, Vol. 3A) provides a detailed discussion of the observed and expected <br />groundwater impacts due to mining. Well 008-AU-3 (SFAL72) monitors the Fish Creek alluvium <br />and is the ground water point of compliance.
