Pineda <br />Director <br />RE: Twentymile Coal Company, Permit C-82-056 <br />January 2011 Discharge Monitoring Report Review (Permit CO-0027154 and Permit <br />COG-073534) <br />Dear Mr. Watterson, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced reports to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The January 2011 Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports for the above referenced CDPS Permits were received by the Division on 03 <br />March 2011; the reports cover the time period from 01 January 2011 through 31 January 2011. <br />Permit CO-0027154 - Outfalls 005A/MON5/005W (Pond D) and 008A (Pond G) discharged during <br />January 2011. No exceedances of compliance criteria were noted during the month. Outfall 003A, <br />004A, 002A, 006A, and 007A/007W/MON7 did not discharge during the month noted. <br />Permit COG-073534 - The construction associated with Outfal1001A (Foidel Creek Pipeline <br />Crossing) discharged during the month of January 2011.
