The reason for Non Production was due to lack of finances. <br />2). A plan for the resumption of production: <br />a. No plan for production as of this date because no firm financing is available. <br />Financing is very difficult for mining in Colorado due to heavy requirement <br />laws on front end load expenses. <br />3). Measures taken to comply with reclamation to maintain the operation in a <br />non-producing state: <br />a. This clean up of the property will probably be in June due to heavy snow. In <br />the meantime I will contact Bruce Stover and get his advise to securing the <br />portal. In this area we do not have a man on the property to secure it. <br />Maybe Mr. Stover will have an answer for us. <br />b. In reference to your concern about the boundaries of the permit the old map <br />has not changed. <br />c. The sign showing the permit number is on the trailer west side nailed to the <br />red background. The sign maybe old and weather beaten so will see that it is <br />repainted and put back in place. The fence line you see to the west in your <br />pictures marks the west boundary. Come spring or June when we can get in <br />the property we will reestablish the corner post to mark the property <br />boundaries. Also by June we will be able to do a clean up job from when the <br />vandals tore the trailer apart and stole all the aluminum off of the trailer. <br />'71717 /I_Q
