The application package submitted clearly illustrates and demonstrates this position. During your <br />pre-operations site inspection, you should recall that there was no surface water courses to be potentially impacted <br />anywhere near this proposed operation. <br />Item #3: Please find attached a copy of our current "Water Fill Station Usage Permit" from the City of Idaho <br />Springs. This is our legal source of water. Please notice there is no usage restrictions in this permit. <br />Item #4: Venture Resources understands that in the event any stormwater is captured in our stormwater management <br />control elements it must be released to its natural watershed course with 72 hours.
