DRMS aerial photographer, Harry Ranney, <br />flew over the mine site on February 22, 2011. This inspection is the result of review and observation of photos <br />taken on February 22, 2011. The mine site is snow covered with no evidence of access across mine by vehicle or <br />snow machine. Roads are not plowed. (photo 1) <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Ponds and ditches were inaccessible due to snow cover. West pit pond and <br />Center Ridge pond were snow covered (photo 6). Moffat pond was frozen and snow covered (photo 4). Detailed <br />observation of the ponds was not possible due to the snow conditions. <br />ROADS - The mine access road was snow covered and no plowing has occurred across the site. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: Shop/warehouse facilities are snowed in. Snow drifts are visible '/z way up <br />the west side of the buildings (photo 3).
