On behalf of Schmidt Construction Company, we wish to waive the required office decision date
of May 2, 2001 for the Fountain Pit Amendment materials received by MLRB February 1, 2011.
Following input from El Paso County, additional time will be needed to edit mining and
reclamation plans, including changing the proposed amendment permit boundary. New mining
and reclamation information will be provided to MLRB and public notice procedures (Rule
1.6.2) will be repeated.
