Seneca Yoast Mine Phase II (SL-3) Bond Release <br />Page 2 <br />The Yoast Mine is located approximately 8.5 miles southeast of the Town of Hayden, <br />Colorado west of Routt County Road 27. The specific area to which this bond release request <br />applies is included within the Permit Area located as follows: <br />T6N. R87W <br />Section 28: Portions of NW /4 , NW'/,SW'/4, SW'/4NE'/4 <br />Section 29: Portions of SEA <br />Section 32: Portions of NW/4NE/4, W/2E/2 <br />T5- N R87W <br />Section 5: Portions of W/2E/2 <br />Section 8: NW/4, SW/4, W'/2NE/4, and WYzSE/4 <br />Section 16: SW/4NW/4, NW'/4SW /4, and portions of SW/4SW/4, <br />NW/4NW A, SE/4NW/4, NOASW'/4, and NW ASE/4 <br />Section 17: All <br />Section 18: NE/4SE/4, S/2SE/4 <br />Section 19: E/2 and portions of E/2W'/2 <br />Section 20: SW/4NW'/4, N'/2NW'/4, W /2SW/4 and portions of N/2NE/4 <br />Section 29: NW'/4NW'/4 <br />Section 30: N1/2NE'/4 <br />All west of the 6th Principal Meridian; totaling 2,318.3 acres of which 628.6 acres are <br />requested in this Phase II bond release. The USGS 7.5 Minute Quadrangle maps for <br />Dunckley and Mt. Harris contain the described affected area. <br />A copy of the bond release application is available for public inspection at the Hayden Public <br />Library, 201 E. Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, Colorado 81639. Written comments or objections <br />or requests for public hearing or informal conference concerning this application may be <br />submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203- <br />2273, (303) 866-3567.
