R87W <br />Section 5: Portions of W/20/2 <br />Section 8: NW/4, SW'/4, W'/2NE'/4, and W'/zSE'/4 <br />Section 16: SW/4NW A, NW'/4SW'/4, and portions of WAWA, <br />NW /4NW'/4, SE'/4NW /4, NOASW'/4, and NW /4SE'/4 <br />Section 17: All <br />Section 18: NE'/4SE/4, S'/zSE'/4 <br />Section 19: E/2 and portions of E1/2W/2 <br />Section 20: SW'/4NW'/4, N'/zNW /4, W'/2SW'/4 and portions of N'/zNE'/4 <br />Section 29: NW/4NW/4 <br />Section 30: N'/zNE'/4 <br />All west of the 6th Principal Meridian; totaling 2,318.3 acres of which 628.6 acres are <br />. requested in this Phase II bond release. The USGS 7.5 Minute Quadrangle maps for <br />Dunckley and Mt. Harris contain the described affected area. <br />A copy of the bond release application is available for public inspection at the Hayden Public <br />Library, 201 E. Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, Colorado 81639. Written comments or objections <br />or requests for public hearing or informal conference concerning this application may be <br />submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203- <br />2273, (303) 866-3567.
