The specific area to which this bond release request <br />applies is included within the Permit Area located as follows: <br />!6N. R87W <br />Section 28: Portions of NW'/4 , NWASW'/4, SW'/4NE'/4 <br />Section 29: Portions of SE/4 <br />Section 32: Portions of NW /4NE'/4, W'/2E'/2 <br />T5N, R87W <br />Section 5: Portions of W'/2E'/2 <br />Section 8: NW A, SW/4, W'/ZNE A, and W/2SE'/4 <br />Section 16: SW'/4NW/4, NW'/4SW'/4, and portions of SW ASW A, <br /> NWANW/4, SE'/4NW/4, NE'/4SW'/4, and NWASE'/4, <br />Section 17: All <br />Section 18: NFASOA, S/2SE/4 <br />Section 19: E1/2 and portions of E1/2W1/2 <br />Section 20: SW'/4NW'/4, N1/2NW/4, W'/2SW/4 and portions of N'/2NE'/4 <br />Section 29: NW/4NW/4 <br />Section 30: N/2NE'/4 <br />All west of the 6th Principal Meridian; totaling 2,318.3 acres of which 628.6 acres are <br />requested in this Phase II bond release. The USGS 7.5 Minute Quadrangle maps for <br />Dunckley and Mt. Harris contain the described affected area. <br />A copy of the bond release application is available for public inspection at the Hayden Public <br />Library, 201 E. Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, Colorado 81639. Written comments or objections <br />or requests for public hearing or informal conference concerning this application may be <br />submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203- <br />2273, (303) 866-3567.
