It appeared that a plow had piled snow in front of the road while maintaining CR 12E and/or CR
29. The Loadout was accessed by foot. Approximately one foot of snow covered the ground at both the mine site
and the loadout.
FISH and WILDLIFE - Rule 4.18:
Two antelope carcasses were observed at the loadout.
HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05:
At the loadout, the pond contained water, and the top layer was frozen. The water level was below full, and there
was no discharge.
GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE:
The mine was found to be in general compliance with the permit.
RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3:
The loadout appeared to be in good condition as no rills or gullies were observed. Due to snow cover, it was
difficult to assess the condition of the vegetation.
Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 6
Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2
Page 2 of 4
