Response not accepted. The Division did not ask that small "V's" be added to each <br />contour line where each tributary crosses a contour line. The Division's issue is that <br />Tributary ditches B, D, E, G, and H do not appear to be topographically controlled by the <br />post-mining topography. Further discussion of each problematic tributary is proved as <br />follows. <br />a. Tributary ditch B empties onto the undisturbed area on the side of a ridge and was <br />not present in the pre-mining topography. Please review this tributary ditch <br />and make corrections as necessary. <br />b. Tributary D appears to need moved to the west and the 8050 foot PMT contour <br />should loop back further into the disturbed area. Please review this tributary <br />ditch and make corrections as necessary. <br />c. Tributary E empties into no apparent existing channel and appears to be <br />unnecessary as no drainage was present in the pre-mining topography. Please <br />review this tributary ditch and make corrections as necessary. <br />d. Tributary G appears to be misaligned based on the post-mining topography and/or <br />may need an additional branch to the west. Please review this tributary ditch <br />and make corrections as necessary. <br />e. Tributary H appears misaligned to the east due to the flat 7900 foot contour <br />bench. Please review this tributary ditch and make corrections as necessary. <br />36. Response Accepted. Colowyo has corrected Map 41A as requested. <br />37. Response Accepted. Colowyo has corrected all of the permanent, post-mining channels <br />in questions a-1 as requested. Colowyo has provided correct copies of Maps 12, 12A, <br />33A, 33B, 41 and 41A as requested. Colowyo has also updated the SEDCAD models for <br />the revised channels as requested. <br />38. Response Accepted. Colowyo has updated the Section 28 Pond SEDCAD model as <br />requested. <br />39.
