IGWT Mining, INC.
Exhibit T
Permanent Man Made Structures
There is a Mountain Comfort Bed and Breakfast located on the north side of the property. We have
included a report from American Geotechnical including site investigation and slope/proximity
recommendations to insure the stability of this structure. We will follow all guidelines given in this
report when mining in this area.
The Xcel Transmission Line runs on the south side of the property and is located on the property in an
easement (see aerial photo on following page). We have met with Jim Cook of Xcel Energy on-site and
he turned over all his information and measurements to Kathryn Bauer (Contact agent, siting and land
rights). After consulting with the engineer (Danny Pierson) at Xcel Energy she produced the notarized
letter stating there will be no impact to their structure and that IGWT Mining, Inc. should adhere to the
slope requirements in the geotechnical report. They will also stay the required distances away from the
structure as stated in the notarized letter. We also have a letter from Louise Timson (Designer) of Xcel
Energy stating there are no underground utilities on-site.
Y7
