Scott, Environmental Protection Specia ist <br />RE: Weld County, Ashbaugh Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-2005-060 <br />Please be advised that on February 22, 2011, Weld County, whose address and telephone number are 1111 H St. P.O. <br />Box 758, Greeley, CO 80632; (970) 304-6496, filed an application to convert M-2005-060, Ashbaugh Gravel Pit, a <br />I I0(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a I I2(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The mining <br />and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 15, Township 7N, Range 59W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Weld <br />County.
