February 15, 2011
Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
Department of Natural Resources
1313 Sherman St., Room 215
Denver, CO 80203
RE: 112 Annual Fees and Report
To Whom It May Concern:
An amendment to the acreage of the pit was completed but not reflected in this report
as production and storage are contained within the original boundary. Subsequent reports
will show the new boundary. Four Corners Materials assumed the sub-lease and posted
third party bonding. The equipment was not shown as it wasn't included in the transfer
and a different crusher and wash plant will be used. Inventory has changed as noted on
the map as the asphalt operations were completed.
The High Impact Permit required by the County has been completed and recorded.
There are two levels of mining in the south east corner to alleviate height of the high wall
and to separate different compositions of material in the deposit as well as moisture
content. The upper level follows a shallow deposit with the lower level following a
deeper channel, All other changes are noted on the map.
Thank you,
Rick Noland
President
Noland, Inc.
