Permit No. C-1981-019, SL-05 <br />Dear Mrs. Binns, <br />Enclosed please find revised materials to Colowyo Coal Company's Phase III Bond <br />Release Application SL-05. Table 1 and Exhibit 1 have been revised to address Items 1 <br />and 4 in the Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (CDRMS) August 24, <br />2010 inspection letter. <br />Specially, Colowyo is reducing the acreage requested for Phase III Bond release by 7.8 <br />acres, composed of 2.6 acres from Streeter Gulch Ditch, 2.1 acres from Gulch A Ditch, <br />and 3.1 acres from the Small Area Exemption associated with topsoil pile 15G in area <br />EP015. Table 1 provides the adjusted acres, and Exhibit 1 provides locations of each. <br />Other items identified in the August 24, 2010 inspection will be handled in a timely <br />manner as on the ground conditions improve in the Phase III lands this spring. Once <br />identified items have been successful completed Colowyo will notify the CDRMS in <br />writing. <br />Included with the revised materials for SL-05 is a change sheet to ease incorporation into <br />the SL-05 document.
