Pond #5 <br />Inspection Period: Fourth Quarter 2010 <br />Inspection Date: December 23, 2010 <br />General Description or Reference to Site Plan: <br />This sediment control pond lies north east of the main facilities area. All drainage from the <br />reclaimed mine facilities area is directed to this pond. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1). Adequacy of the vegetative cover: Excellent oderate Few Poor <br />2). Erosion forming Gullies: Extensive Some Few None <br />3). Is wave action causing erosion <br />On the Upstream embankment? Yes <br />At the principal spillway inlet? Yes <br />4).
