<br />A. <br />B <br /> <br />Ruling of Referee and Decree <br />Grand Junction Concrete Pipe Co. <br />Case No. 06 CW 87 <br />Page 5 <br />The title and case number of the case in which the conditional decree was issued; <br />The description of the conditional water right transferred; <br />C. The name of the transferor; <br />D. The name and mailing address of the transferee; and <br />E. A copy of the recorded deed. <br />The owner of said conditional water right shall also notify the Clerk of the Division 4 Water <br />Court of any change in mailing address. The Clerk shall also place any notice of Transfer or <br />change of address in the case file for this case (Case No. 06CW87) and Case No. 99CW128. <br />17. Applications for reasonable-diligence shall be filed by the owner or user of the remaining <br />conditional Water Rights at the times and in the manner specified by § 37-92-301(4)(a), <br />C.R.S., if the owner or user desires to maintain the same, or until a determination has been <br />made that the remaining conditional portions of the Delta Paving Pit Wells Water Rights are <br />made absolute in total by reason of the completion of the appropriation. The date for filing <br />the next application for a finding of reasonable diligence shall be set forth in the judgment and <br />decree of the Court confirming this Ruling. <br />18. This Ruling shall be filed with the Water Clerk subject to judicial review.
