Attached is the cover page entitled Cost Differences - PR-06 vs. 2010 Midterm Review, which identifies
the changes in costs and hours for equipment associated with tasks required to fully reclaim the site.
Based on concerns brought forth by TMI, this table has been updated to reflect a change in the Indirect
Costs that were updated with the October 2010 Midterm Review responses.
The indirect costs associated with the revised 2010 Midterm Review estimate is $5,836,602.00.
However, this cost was not revised on the Cost Differences - PR-06 vs. 2010 Midterm Review. The
current Cost Differences - PR-06 vs. 2010 Midterm Review page reflects the old indirect cost amount of
$6,315,861.00 which reflects an incorrect total of $29,276,956.00.
The total bond amount as reflected by the October 22, 2010 summary sheet is $28,797,697.00
